Giving consent
By selecting the separate consent checkbox and submitting a form, the user freely and knowingly consents to the processing described below.

Data covered
The consent covers information actually entered by the user:
- name;
- company or organisation;
- country and region;
- email address and/or telephone number where the relevant field is present;
- message and information about a farm, project, market, crop, expected volume or proposed cooperation;
- technical submission data: date, time, IP address, browser details and the page from which the form was sent.
Purposes
- receiving and reviewing the enquiry;
- contacting the user;
- providing information about the product, trials, pilot projects, supply or partnership;
- preparing a proposal and taking steps requested before a contract is entered into;
- maintaining and protecting business correspondence.
This consent does not enrol the user in promotional mailing. Separate prior consent is requested if direct marketing is introduced.
Processing operations
The operator may collect, record, organise, store, update, retrieve, use, disclose to authorised processors, restrict and delete data by automated and non-automated means.
Processing on behalf of the operator
To operate the website and handle an enquiry, data may be provided to the operator of the Tilda platform and other hosting, form, CRM or email providers actually enabled by the operator, subject to confidentiality and security obligations.
The provider list must always correspond to the website’s actual configuration and the Privacy Policy.
Duration
Consent applies from submission until the purposes are achieved, but for no longer than three years after the interaction ends, unless a different period is required by law, contract or the protection of lawful interests.
Withdrawal
Consent may be withdrawn by emailing m-plast54@mail.ru with the subject “Withdrawal of personal data consent”, or by sending a written request to the operator’s registered address.
Following withdrawal, processing ceases and data is deleted within the applicable statutory period unless another lawful basis applies.

The user confirms that they act on their own behalf, have provided accurate information, have read this Consent and the Privacy Policy, and understand how to withdraw consent.
The Russian-language version governs in the event of inconsistency with this translation.
