General provisions
This Policy explains how personal data is processed and protected when visitors use intonglobal.com and its contact forms.
The operator processes personal data lawfully, fairly and only for specified purposes. Databases created for incompatible purposes are not combined.

Data we process
- information submitted through a form: name, company, country, email address, telephone number and message, depending on the fields used;
- information about a farm, project, market or proposed cooperation voluntarily provided by the user;
- technical data: IP address, device and browser type, language, visit date and time, pages viewed and referral source;
- cookies and browser local-storage data described in the separate Cookie Policy.
We do not request special-category or biometric data. Please do not submit such information through the website.
Purposes and legal bases
Processing operations
Data may be collected, recorded, organised, stored, updated, retrieved, used, disclosed to authorised processors, restricted and deleted by automated and non-automated means.
Access is limited to personnel and contractors who require the data for their duties and are subject to confidentiality obligations.
Retention and deletion
- enquiries and business correspondence are retained until the interaction ends and for no longer than three years afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law or contract;
- contractual and accounting records are retained for statutory periods;
- security logs are retained only as long as required for diagnostics and website protection;
- the INTON GLOBAL cookie preference is retained for up to 180 days or until deleted by the user.
When a purpose is achieved, data is deleted or anonymised unless another lawful retention ground applies.
Processors and disclosures
The website is built on Tilda. The platform’s infrastructure, forms and related functions may process data on the operator’s instructions to the extent necessary to operate the website. For Russian projects, Tilda identifies Selectel JSC and Yandex.Cloud LLC as database-location providers.
Hosting, email, CRM and analytics providers may also receive data if they are actually enabled, a legal basis exists and contractual safeguards are in place.
Personal data is not made publicly available. Disclosure to authorities is possible only where required by law. Personal data of Russian citizens is initially recorded and stored using databases located in the Russian Federation as required by Russian law.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, restriction or deletion of your data, withdraw consent and challenge the operator’s actions.
Send requests to m-plast54@mail.ru or to the registered address above. A request should contain enough information to verify identity and the relationship with the operator, together with a clear description of the request.
Data security
The operator uses organisational and technical safeguards, including access controls, operation logging, backups, malware protection, secure transmission, processor oversight and incident response.
No internet transmission method is absolutely secure, but safeguards are maintained in proportion to the nature of the data and current risks.
Policy updates
This Policy may be updated when laws, forms or connected services change. The current version is always available at intonglobal.com/en/privacy.
The Russian-language version governs in the event of inconsistency with this translation.
